Q:   What is an electronic cigarette?

Q:   How does an e-cigarette work?
A:   The smoker draws on the electronic cigarette as they would a normal cigarette and a “smoke” like vapor is emitted. The end of the electronic cigarette also glows when drawn upon. The vapor emitted disappears within seconds as it vaporizes. The odor doesn’t linger, so no more smokey smell clinging to clothes, cars or in the home which is good news for smokers and non smokers alike. 

Q:   So how does an electronic cigarette fulfill the needs of a smoker?
A:   The cartridges contain nicotine which satisfies the cravings and also produces a "smoke" which is in fact a tobacco flavoured water vapor, so the smoker gets all the good things they would get from a traditional cigarette without the need to stand outside.

Q:   So if they are not actually lit are they legal to smoke in public places?
A:   Yes.

Q:   The cartridges, how long do they last?
A:   On average we find that a cartridge will last about the same as 12-14 ordinary cigarettes, although this does vary from smoker to smoker.

Q:   And are they available in different flavours and strengths?
A:   Yes, they are available in high, medium, low and no nicotine and we permanently stock Tobacco and Menthol flavours in all the strengths and can get many others to order.

Q:   Can I use other manufacturers cartridges and accessories?
A:   No, you are only guaranteed compatibility if you purchase your cartridges and accessories from Smart Vaper or the outlet you purchased it from.

Q:   How long do the batteries and atomizers last?
A:   They are both considered consumables but are guaranteed for three months. E cig atomizers and batteries are available separately to purchase as spares from our website, and are excellent value for money.

Q:   And who are Smart Vaper?
