Smart Vaper - Returns Policy

Here at ‘SmartVaper’ we are totally committed to looking after our customers whose satisfaction is important to us. In the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, then please first check out the following messages, and then contact our Customer Services based on what follows so that we can promptly address your needs.

14 day money back guarantee on starter kits:

We are so confident you will be happy with your ‘Smart Vaper’ purchase that we back it up with a no quibble 100% money back guarantee. This simply means that if this product doesn't work for you, we will refund your money. You can request a refund for starter kits purchased from Customer Services, along with shipment of product to the above indicated address within 14 days of your purchase date. This offer only applies for starter kits, there are no refunds on additional cartridges or ancillary items. Due to our strict health policy, cartridges cannot be returned for a refund since we cannot re-distribute such product to other customers. Misused or broken products will not be refunded.

Smart Vaper – 3 Month Warranty:

Smart Vaper warrants to the original purchaser of its product that the same will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 3 months after the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

  1. 1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any company other than SmartVaper.
  2. 2) physical abuse to or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or
  3. 3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.

Replacement (or repair) of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Smart Vaper™ device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Visit the Support Page and select 'Returns' from the category. Fill in all of the details requested in order to receive a Return Merchantise Advice (RMA). Please label your email subject line "Request for RMA" In the body of your email, please include your (a) full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name (b) order number (c) purchase date (d) telephone (e) fax (f) email address (g) shipping address and (h) reason for the return -providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device. All of this information is required to enable us to process your request.

2. Within 48 working hours of receipt of your email, Customer Services will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a RMA. Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have received your RMA. Once you have received your RMA, please securely package your starter kit and/or components, mark the package clearly with the RMA and also include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA.

3. If you have an issue with a product component only, please do not send us your entire starter kit.

4. As soon as 'Customer Services' have received the returned product we will send you a confirmation email indicating safe receipt and give you an estimated time of delivery of your replacement Smart Vaper™ product and/or components.
